Classified as a confirmed symbiotic binary in SIMBAD (Wenger et al., 2000) with the reference to Jorissen et al. (2012). The aforementioned article mentions weak Hα emission discovered by van Eck & Jorissen (2002). However, in van Eck & Jorissen (2002), the authors detected week Hα emission but claimed that it might be due to template mismatch.
